Hi there! My name is Katy and welcome to my blog More greens, please. This blog focuses on providing readers with simple, yet delicious recipes, made with lots and lots of...you guessed it, "greens"! Yup, all of my recipes will be chalk full of greens...but while greens to some may mean vegetables, for the purpose of this blog, greens = nutritious ingredients. I hope you enjoy reading my blog, but more importantly, enjoy cooking up all the recipes for you and your loved ones.
Oh and before I forget, a little bit about me. I am a 20-something year old woman living in beautiful, sunny California. I am passionate about nutrition, fitness and overall wellness, but I will say I never met a cupcake I didn't like (read: love). You can bet there will be a cupcake recipe on the blog, or several!
